A Receptionist is the first point of interaction for guests at a resort. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and resolving guest concerns. Additionally, they often conduct tasks such as taking phone calls, scheduling rooms, and providing facts about the accommodation and its services.
